I’m Katie and I am a designer, an artist and a purposeful creator. The ivory slate is a creative studio providing commissioned drawings, custom gifts and decor. Everything i do begins with a blank Slate and is transformed into something meaningful for my clients. I am passionate about crafting an image or space that will serve and bring joy to others. Whether it’s a portrait that brings an emotion or memory back to life, or making a special gift to share with others. I am grateful for the connections I’m able to make through this business . I value quality and detail and My mission is to bring a small piece of light into someone’s home through my work.

Studio Collection
for the studio collection, we will discuss what kind of portrait you are looking for. We will determine what size you’d like and when you need it by. Then all I need from you is a photo of what you would like for your portrait!
Personalized Collection
For the personalized collection, it’s a similar process. I can customize anything that you have already seen from my shop. Or, I love creating new things, so if you want to chat about making something different, I am all in.
